Dehydrating is awesome!

Hi there friends, so I got a dehydrator for Christmas...thank you Santa! And am so excited to tell you that I LOVE it! I thought this eating raw thing was going to be boring. However, there is so much that can be done to make things interesting in the kitchen! 



My first dehydrating experience was pears, apples and strawberries. Nothing fancy added just the raw fruits. WOW...are they amazing...and oh so easy to do. Really all you have to do it cut it up, put it on the dehydrating trays and turn the thing on. A few hours later wham...you have yummy treats! 

Here are some fun things that you can add to your fruits or veggies BEFORE putting them in the
dehydrator for a change in flavor! 

Apples: sprinkle cinnamon on them - easy! 
Zucchini: add a little olive oil, and some sea salt 
Acorn Squash: A little olive oil, some cumin and some sea salt! YUM YUM these are good!!!
