Juicing is EASY!

Well, juicing is already pretty easy....all you have to do is get the veggies or fruits, cut off the end bit you don't want and run them through the juicer. I have more energy from drinking home made juice gives me more energy than coffee!! 

Here are some of my FAVORITE juices so far: 

Main Everyday Juice: Carrot, Cucumber, Celery, and Kale. 
The Green Machine: Kale, Cucumber, Celery, Green Apple and Lime
The ABC: Carrots, Apple, Red Beet, 1/2 Lemon and 1" Ginger

You can also use the PULP from juicing....to make "crackers" or "bread". This was especially cool to learn because I can't have gluten, eggs, or wheat so no real crackers, or bread in my future BUT with the pulp I have been making my own version! And it is awesomely good!! : ) 

Here is the recipe that I use...basically:

With the carrot, celery, cucumber, kale pulp:
2.5 cups of pulp
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tsp curry or cumin
1 tsp sea salt 
Use the dehydrator OR the OVEN 150-170 degrees for 2-3 hours. 

mmmmmmmmmmmmm......good!!
